Raiders need complete makeover
Jeremy Green of Scouts Inc. examines what went wrong with the AFC West teams that did not make the playoffs.
OAKLAND
The Oakland Raiders have definitely earned their current standing as one of the worst teams in the NFL. If not for a two-game winning streak in October, this team would be 0-16 heading into the offseason. Every person from owner Al Davis to the last man on the roster needs to take a look in the mirror and figure out what he can do better. The Raiders have truly become the laughingstock of the NFL. Let's take a quick look at where it all went wrong for Oakland this season.
