Potential impact UDFAs
Da'Rick Rogers among undrafted free agents who could succeed early
I'm not here to call Cinderella a fraud, but NFL fans need to get over the idea that we should be surprised when undrafted free agents become key players, or even stars. Arian Foster once maintained a third-round grade, but, after injuries and fumbling woes in his final year at Tennessee, he went undrafted. The fall from the middle rounds to out of the draft, especially for a running back, just isn't as far or as significant as some think.
And remember: The draft is designed to create more successful undrafted free agents. Seven rounds can't replenish a roster year to year, so you'll always see 15-20 percent of teams made up of UDFAs. And agents for undrafted players can scan the market carefully and target the best depth-chart scenario. Again, the league is designed to see UDFAs land and succeed.
So let's look at some of the players I saw as draftable but who ended up as undrafted free agents and whether they can succeed where they landed.
I picked 10 on offense and 10 on defense.

Elite arm and size, but plenty of evaluators questioned whether he would prepare like a pro. Not only can Andy Reid develop QBs but he'll build their value and trade them. Great landing spot for Bray.
