Insider's NFL and draft experts -- Todd McShay, Mel Kiper, Chris Sprow and Field Yates -- have teamed up to give a full breakdown of all that should be considered for each team as it enters the 2013 NFL draft. Here we look at the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Personnel needs

RB, OT, ILB, OLB

Major need: After shuffling through running backs in 2012, it became clear that the Steelers need a new workhorse. The team has already hosted former Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw for a visit this offseason and will circle back with him as his health improves. The Steelers have Jonathan Dwyer and Isaac Redman in tow, but neither is a long-term solution at starter. Pittsburgh must find a physical presence who can earn the tough yards near the goal line.
