Insider's NFL and draft experts -- Todd McShay, Mel Kiper, Chris Sprow and Gary Horton -- have teamed up to give a full breakdown of all that should be considered for each team as it enters the 2013 NFL draft. Here we look at the Washington Redskins.

Personnel needs

CB, ILB, TE/WR (backups), RB (backup)

Major need: This secondary is an absolute mess and all four positions could be upgraded. The safety position has been a revolving door for a long time and the Redskins give up a lot of big passing plays between the hashes. The cornerback position is not a turn-and-run group and struggles to match up against multiple-receiver sets, especially in defensive sub packages.
