Personnel needs

OL, CB, WR (depth), QB

Major need: If healthy, LT Jason Peters and RT Todd Herremans are very good players. But they are both coming off injuries and age and durability are concerns. Do they fit the athleticism needed at offensive tackle in this new Chip Kelly offense? There are also questions at guard, and if Herremans moves inside to bolster that position, it could raise future issues at tackle.
