Board shuffles after Barkley decision
Quarterbacks benefit from latest shakeup; things looking good in the trenches, too

The biggest news in NFL draft circles recently was the decision by USC junior QB Matt Barkley to return to the Trojans for his senior season. Other eligible non-seniors have until mid-January to declare their intentions, but for now there are plenty of other juniors and third-year sophomores still high on the board.
