It's a relatively quiet week for the top 32, with no prospects entering or leaving the rankings, but there is some noteworthy shuffling.
Matt Barkley's strong finish has vaulted him into the top five, and he now faces a tough decision on whether to return to USC and perhaps become the No. 1 quarterback for 2013 or continue battling Oklahoma's Landry Jones for this year's No. 2 spot behind Andrew Luck.
Another quarterback continues to rise as well. Baylor's Robert Griffin III is now on the cusp of the top 20, and given his athleticism and clutch play, his stock could continue to rise if he declares for the draft.
Here's how the entire list looks entering what is the final week of the season for most teams.
