Teams could maneuver for defense

Teams around the NFL are getting ready for their pre-draft organizational meetings with college scouts coming off the road and pro scouts wrapping up their needs evaluations, and in talking to team personnel around the league I'm getting a feel for how things are starting to shake out around the league.

Here's some of what we're hearing:

Which players are becoming targets at the top of the board and which teams could be poised to trade up in the first round? Who has the look of a second-round steal at this point? And do Wonderlic scores mean anything for the top quarterbacks on the board?
