When evaluating a running back or fullback, it is important to consider all aspects of their games -- competitiveness, vision, ability to run inside, ability to run outside, receiving skills and blocking. As we shuffle our draft board, take a look at how we rank the running backs and fullbacks by skill set.

Competitiveness


There is a lot more to running ability than size, strength and speed. It starts with insatiable will to gain as many yards on a given play as humanly possible. Also included in this skill set is ball security.
