Here is a look at the factors that will come into play in the Philadelphia Eagles draft room:
Decision Makers
Head coach Andy Reid runs this front office and his voice is final. However, he has a personality that is not overwhelming and he listens and welcomes input by everybody involved in the decision making process. General manager Tom Heckert has an excellent working relationship with Reid and he will set up the draft and free agency boards and oversee the scouting department, but this is a very democratic organization and everybody's opinion is valued. Vice president of player personnel Howie Roseman works well with Heckert and he has a legitimate voice. Jeffery Lurie is an excellent owner for the front office guys and Joe Banner is one of the best in the business at managing the salary cap and making trades.
