Here is a look at the factors that will come into play in the Washington Redskins draft room:

Decision Makers
Owner Daniel Snyder has the final say on every personnel matter and while you may not like his style, you have to admire his commitment to improve this proud franchise. He is not really a football guy, in terms of watching film and evaluating players, but he leans on his front office and he gathers a lot of information before he pulls the trigger. Vice president of football operations Vinny Cerrato has been the mouthpiece of the organization behind Snyder, but he is a football guy. However, this could be a challenging year for Cerrato and his front office because there is a feeling that Snyder's patience could be waning. Director of player personnel Scott Campbell sets the board and he has a draft voice, but the coaches  including head coach Jim Zorn -- do not have a lot of impact into personnel decision.

2009 NFL Draft

After 15 hours 15 minutes, the 2009 NFL draft is over. Georgia quarterback Matthew Stafford was the top overall pick by the Lions. The Chiefs took South Carolina kicker Ryan Succop with the 256th and final pick, earning him the title of Mr. Irrelevant.
