Here is a look at the factors that will come into play in the New Orleans Saints draft room:

Decision Makers
This is pretty much a two-man front office with head coach Sean Payton and general manager Mickey Loomis, but Payton calls most of the shots. He and his coaches will evaluate players along with the scouts, but Payton seems to have the final say on all acquisitions. Loomis primarily manages the salary cap, negotiates contracts and oversees all football operations. Director of college scouting Rick Reiprish has tremendous experience at setting up the draft board and he has a solid group of scouts to collect information. Payton will lean on his coaches, listen to his scouts and will consult Loomis on all decisions, but you get the feeling that at the end of the day any final moves are Payton's.
