Scouts Inc. has the buzz from Day 3 of practice at the East-West Shrine game.
Around the East team
• It's obvious that Penn State's Deon Butler is the most polished receiver on the East squad. He is tough for his size (5-foot-10, 168 pounds), knows how to get open versus zone coverage and displays adequate-to-good speed.
