Prospect pool is shallow at running back

Last year's early draft entries left behind a group of intriguing but untested running back prospects, writes Todd McShay.

The senior running backs class of 2009 was decimated by early-entry defections. In fact, eight of the first 10 backs selected in April's draft were underclassmen, including all five first-rounders: Darren McFadden (Raiders), Jonathan Stewart (Panthers), Felix Jones (Cowboys), Rashard Mendenhall (Steelers) and Chris Johnson (Titans).
