Connor, Charles top players heading into Day 2
Heading into Day 2 of the 2008 NFL draft, there are plenty of talented players remaining. Here are the names you should hear called early on Sunday morning.

1. Penn State ILB Dan ConnorConnor is a tough run-stopper who reads his keys and rarely misses open-field tackles. But he doesn't have elite athletic ability and is going to have a hard time matching up in coverage.

2008 NFL DRAFT
The 2008 draft lasted 14 hours, 26 minutes. Michigan offensive tackle Jake Long (above), selected by Miami, was the No. 1 overall pick. This year's Mr. Irrelevant -- the last pick in the draft -- is David Vobora, a linebacker from Idaho selected by St. Louis with the 252nd pick.
