Here are the expectations for the AFC.

Arizona Cardinals

Like the majority of teams that find themselves out of the playoffs consistently, the Cardinals have made mistakes in the draft. Between 2000 and 2003, they had five first-round picks and none of those players selected is still with the team. What makes it worse is RB Thomas Jones and OG Leonard Davis reached their potential elsewhere. The Cardinals have been through too many system changes with different head coaches, none of whom could wipe away the "losing mentality" that permeates this organization.
