The Miami Dolphins have already addressed one need by agreeing on contract terms with Michigan offensive tackle Jake Long as the No. 1 overall pick. The Dolphins also are considering using the first pick in the second round (No. 32 overall) on a quarterback, perhaps Chad Henne. If the Dolphins don't take Henne or another QB in the first three rounds, that tells me they are going to move forward with John Beck, a second-round pick in 2007.
