Hundreds of players have already changed teams, but with the draft still to come, every roster remains a work in progress. Scouts Inc. has updated its list of needs for all 32 NFL teams. Here's a breakdown of the AFC East.

Buffalo Bills

Offensive tackle: Jason Peters is a former tight end who played surprisingly well last year and is on track to develop into a quality starting right tackle. The problem is the left side. Mike Gandy lacks ideal athletic ability and has problems holding his own in pass protection. In fact, the only reason Gandy is a starter is former first-round pick Mike Williams, whom Buffalo cut, underachieved. Adding a left tackle who can step into the starting lineup would allow Gandy to move into a reserve role where he can provide depth at guard as well as tackle.

Larry Tripplett

Defensive tackle: Buffalo did well to sign Larry Tripplett, who should win one of the starting jobs, but who starts opposite him remains to be seen. Sam Adams has been shown the door, Ron Edwards is an unrestricted free agent coming off a season-ending shoulder injury and Tim Anderson is undersized for an every-down player. More importantly, the Bills had one of the weakest run defenses in the league last year and the inconsistent Tripplett has problems splitting double teams. Buffalo needs a powerful interior run stuffer to draw blockers away from Tripplett and stabilize the interior run defense.
