Terrelle Pryor's draft stock should not be affected by the NFL's decision to make him eligible for the supplemental draft but also suspend him from practices and games for the first five weeks of the regular season. Pryor is a long-term developmental project at quarterback and/or wide receiver, so the team that selects him should have no expectation that he would contribute as a rookie anyway.
