Today's installment of the Nickel Package features my All-Hands Team, those players who are the most reliable pass-catchers regardless of position. These are the prospects with the ability to help their quarterbacks by making tough catches downfield and/or in traffic.

As always, head to my Twitter page (@McShay13) to put in your two cents on the players below or tell me who else belongs on the list. I'm also taking suggestions for a topic to be used for the Nickel Package next week, so give me your best ideas, and I'll credit the follower who sends the most intriguing topic when we post that list.

Who is the Big Ten wide receiver at the top of the list? Where does Scouts Inc.'s No. 1 wideout rank on this list? And which tight ends make the cut? Become an ESPN Insider to find out. Insider
