Eyes on Julio Jones, Cam Newton 
Quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs took center stage on Sunday at the NFL combine. Here are some things our scouts have seen so far.
• Auburn QB Cam Newton was impressive in the workouts with a 4.59 40-yard dash and a 10-foot, 6-inch broad jump. He was erratic throwing the ball, though. He showed good touch on the deep ball, but timing routes are an issue as he sailed three outs.
