An NFL general manager told Scouts Inc. this morning that this year's combine has a strange feeling compared to others because of the looming deadline for the NFL's collective bargaining agreement. We're told the rumor that teams will be unable to make pick-for-pick trades in the upcoming draft is not true, but there is plenty of other uncertainty.
