Quarterbacks can never allow themselves to become complacent. There is always room for improvement, even in the cases of Sam Bradford, Tim Tebow and Colt McCoy.

It took a minimum of four coach's-copy game tapes from 2008 to target a fixable glitch in each signal-caller's game, but here's what I found for the three returning Heisman finalists to work on this season.

Sam Bradford, Oklahoma

It's not easy to find many improvable areas in the game of the reigning Heisman Trophy winner. Sure, he's somewhat lean and he doesn't possess elite arm strength, but those physical attributes are unlikely to change overnight. In all honesty, it took a lot to pinpoint a negative trend in his game, and while, admittedly, it's nitpicking, Bradford's stubbornness is one area he can improve in 2009.
