QB Ball questionable for Jackets' visit to Va. Tech

Questions remain as to whether Georgia Tech junior quarterback Reggie Ball will be ready to play on Saturday when the 15th-ranked Yellow Jackets face fourth-ranked Virginia Tech.

Here's another question worth asking: Will it matter?

The Hokies, albeit against vastly inferior opposition the last two weeks, are starting to play like a team that won't lose in the Atlantic Coast Conference this season. With continued improvement from quarterback Marcus Vick, Virginia Tech might even rise to the challenge of taking down Southern California in the Rose Bowl, if it comes to that.
