Another uneventful week in the Heisman Trophy race has passed, and Cameron Newton and LaMichael James -- neither of whom played this past weekend -- are still pacing the field.
Not much has changed since early October, but if there was ever a slate of games to shake things up, this weekend would be it. Nearly every member of the current top 10 is scheduled to take on a ranked opponent or archrival, and that could lead to unexpected results.
Here's a rundown of the key Heisman matchups over Thanksgiving weekend:
