The Heisman Predictor: Week 13
You know those Tebow jokes? If he wins this, it will be the ultimate punch line
This has been a bizarre year for the Heisman Trophy race. The defending champion (Sam Bradford) was injured on opening day. A sophomore running back (Mark Ingram) emerged as a serious contender. And the two elite senior quarterbacks (Tim Tebow and Colt McCoy) fell short of expectations, yet remained frontrunners in the race.
Ingram is likely out of the race, so it has come down to Tebow and McCoy. Still, Ingram will play a role in who wins the Heisman. Because, with one week to go, it comes down to one game: Alabama versus Florida in the SEC championship.
To see the only way Tim Tebow wins the Heisman Trophy -- and even more reasons why you'll want to watch the Florida-Alabama matchup -- you must be an ESPN Insider.
