We all know how fans of a given school operate. When their team's schedule is released, they count the potential wins, and odds are pretty good that they count most or all of the home games on the schedule as likely victories. Get teams on your turf, and you're going to win, right? With quite a few top-ranked teams playing far away from the friendly confines of their home stadium this weekend, now is a pretty good time to take a look at home-field advantage: How many points it is truly worth? Who tends to benefit most from playing at home? And who, consequently, suffers the most playing away from home?
