Fixing the top 40
After a draft of the top 40 programs, some errors had to be corrected
I must admit it: I love the concept of a top 40 draft to create a new Division I-A, and was truly curious what my colleagues were thinking as they wondered along with the rest of us when Slive -- I mean Mark Schlabach -- was going to draft Vandy. (I'm kidding Mark. I literally pumped my fist when you picked Ole Miss, saving me the trouble of sounding like a shill to The Grove crowd since I wondered if the guys were going to hold the Rebs' post-Archie years against them.)
