Arkansas running back Darren McFadden was considered one of the preseason favorites to win the Heisman Trophy. After all, he did finish second last year to winner Troy Smith. And so far this season, after three games, McFadden has been nothing short of magnificent. He leads the nation in rushing, averaging 173 yards (and a hefty 28 carries) with four touchdowns, despite the fact that defenses are stacked to stop him because Arkansas doesn't have much of a passing game.
