Derek Dooley took over the struggling Louisiana Tech football program in December 2006 with a two-way promise of change. The administration has promised to improve the Bulldogs' chances of success. And Dooley, the son of legendary Georgia coach Vince Dooley, expects to deliver. "We're going through a little bit of a culture change," Dooley said. "I'm excited about it. I would not have taken the job if I didn't feel confident they were going to do it."
