In his seven seasons at Auburn, Tommy Tuberville's teams have won 85 games, been to six bowl games and earned at least a share of the SEC Western Division titles in five of the last six seasons. More recently, the Tigers have won 16 of their last 17 SEC games. More important, though, is the fact that the current coaches, support staff and players have built a solid foundation that gives the Tigers a chance to contend for an SEC Western Division championship on an annual basis. As long as Auburn maintains that foundation, no one in the SEC will be shocked if the Tigers win the division like they did by going 9-4 in 2000, Tuberville's second year at Auburn. Winning is no longer the objective. It is the expectation. Nothing else will do.
