To say Marshall and first-year coach Mark Snyder faced a unique challenge in 2005 would be a substantial understatement. "I had some experiences last year I've never had in my coaching career," Snyder said. "It was organized chaos. Just a bunch of little things, things you take care of in spring ball when you're putting everything in and trying to cover every situation. "Like the Kansas State game to begin with. I'd never been in a game like that."
