It's a big season for the Big Guy. Back-to-back 5-6 seasons have Terrapin fans -- spoiled in Ralph Friedgen's first three years -- squirming a little in their Byrd Stadium seats. Maryland's bowl-less 2004 season seemed like a glitch, but while the 2005 squad was much improved, it was still prone to too many mistakes and simply didn't match up with the new-and-improved ACC's upper crust.
