Aggies making key defensive changes this spring

Quick rebuilding jobs once were Texas A&M coach Dennis Franchione's specialty. At New Mexico, TCU and Alabama, Franchione pumped life into decaying programs that had struggled before he arrived. More of the same was expected at A&M.

But after three seasons, Franchione still has much work in front of him. His labor this spring might be the most important of his coaching tenure with the Aggies.
