The broiling hot days that are synonymous with South Florida are still a couple months away, but Miami Hurricanes coach Larry Coker is already feeling the heat.

A disappointing 2005 season that ended with a disastrous 40-3 loss to LSU in the Peach Bowl and the sacking of four assistant coaches has put Coker squarely in the crosshairs of the team's fickle fans.
