The decision to move kickoffs back to the 30-yard line last season resulted in an enormous rise in kickoff returns, return yardage and returns for scores.
Coaches across the country have taken note of the numbers and the fallout will include more kickoff specialists on scholarship and more starters -- especially backs and receivers -- returning kickoffs. With that in mind, here's a look at college football's best return men and place-kickers.
