Adams was a bit of a late bloomer after playing eight-man football in high school, but he's catching on to the 11-man game pretty quickly. The 6-foot-5, 265-pound senior saved his best for last, finishing the regular season ranked 10th nationally with 10.5 sacks despite constant double-team attention. Adams made a wise decision to return for his senior season, as he projects to be a top-15 pick in April's draft, but could have slipped out of the first round entirely had he left early for the 2006 draft.
