Scouts: All-Film Team highlights nation's best

Who are the best players in college football? Forget the Heisman. Forget the All-America teams. And forget the politics surrounding both. The only way to truly evaluate a players' impact is to study the film -- and I've done that throughout the 2006 season in order to compile my Second-Annual All-Film Team.
Editor's note: Todd will take a look at the defense next week.
Essentially, if I could draft a college football "dream team," the offense would look like this:
