With three weeks left in the NFL season, the 1-12 Houston Texans have a one-game lead over the San Francisco 49ers (2-10) in the race for the No. 1 overall pick. Houston plays at San Francisco the final week of the season for what could very well determine the winner of the Reggie Bush Sweepstakes. (This, of course, is assuming USC's Heisman-winning running back declares for the 2006 NFL draft.) If Bush does come out, he is expected to be the No. 1 overall pick.
