Michigan-Ohio State frenzy reaching fever pitch

Michigan and Ohio aren't the only places people are planning to watch the Big Game. Michigan-Ohio State is going global, writes Chris Fowler.

In a plush house in a luxe area of Johannesburg, South Africa, a dozen or so Michigan alums will huddle around a computer Saturday night into Sunday morning and try to follow the Big Game on the Internet.

On the Rock of Gibraltar, off the coast of Spain, a lone Michigan man, Andrew Karonis, will be staring at his laptop screen in his office, hoping the Internet connection is good enough to support streaming video of the game. If that fails, he might ask a stateside friend to aim a webcam at the TV so he can try to make out what exactly Troy Smith and Mike Hart are doing on the field thousands of miles away in Columbus, Ohio.
