This week's hunches:
Thursday, Sept. 7
Boise State 31, Oregon State 27: Yvenson Bernard and Joe Newton are a handful for any defense and they have me thinking big upset, but I'm sticking with the home team on the Thursday night stage coming through. Somehow Jared Zabransky will make enough plays to get the W.
Thing that has me sold: Go with the more experienced QB.
