Baylor at Texas A&M

Baylor offense vs. Texas A&M defense
• Iowa State was often in a two-high safety shell in an effort to limit Baylor's big plays last week, which left the Cyclones with only five defenders in the box against spread sets and allowed Bears QB Robert Griffin III and RB Terrance Ganaway to gash the Cyclones for 307 yards, mostly on zone-read plays. Griffin and Ganaway will have a tougher time this week, though, because a stout Aggies front seven led by DE Tony Jerod-Eddie and NT Eddie Brown can anchor well and should cause fits for the Baylor offensive line. In addition, defensive coordinator Tim DeRuyter is an aggressive playcaller and will be proactive against the Bears' spread looks by using one-high safety looks and getting his defense into a six- or seven-man box at times.
