Oklahoma State at Texas A&M

Oklahoma State and Texas A&M appear headed for a shootout in College Station in Week 4.

Oklahoma State offense vs. Texas A&M defense
• Aggies CBs Coryell Judie, Terrence Frederick and Dustin Harris are capable of holding their own in most matchups, but not against Cowboys WR Justin Blackmon, who has the speed, body control and ball skills to beat any of them over the top. A&M defensive coordinator Tim DeRuyter protected his corners in last year's meeting by providing safety help or playing them off the line, and it worked in the sense that Blackmon caught just one pass longer than 20 yards. However, he exploited space underneath on quick hitches and screens, and when the corner lined up over him Blackmon went in motion and ran tunnel screens. It's important that the Aggies chase hard and do a better job wrapping Blackmon up this time around, because he is a powerful runner and fast enough to break a long run when he gets a seam.
