Connecticut at Michigan

Michigan faces uncertaintly on both sides of the ball when an underrated Connecticut team comes calling in Week 1.

Connecticut offense vs. Michigan defense

• Michigan is making the transition from a base 3-4-front to a base 3-3-5 alignment similar to the one coach Rich Rodriguez employed during his time at West Virginia and that the Mountaineers still run. It's a personnel grouping that sacrifices size for quickness and keeps offensive lines off-balance by bringing pressure from different areas of the field. How does this translate to the field against the Huskies?
