Cincinnati vs. Florida

Florida's team speed and advantage on offense should lead to a big win over Cincinnati.

Cincinnati offense vs. Florida defense
• Cincinnati's passing attack features a lot of crossing routes that make it difficult for the defense to hold up in man-to-man coverage. In addition, its strategic use of combination routes in similar areas of the field makes communication and discipline in zone coverage difficult for defenses. QB Tony Pike's job within the system is to read the defense and exploit any busted assignments, failed communication or false steps against play-action by getting the ball to WRs Mardy Gilyard and Armon Binns in the vulnerable areas. If Florida is to slow down the Bearcats' high-powered offense it must play with far more discipline than it showed in the SEC title game defeat to Alabama.
