Alabama at Auburn

Alabama offense vs. Auburn defense

• Auburn does not match up well on this side of the ball, so don't expect much trickery or unique packaging from the Crimson Tide offense. Alabama should take advantage of its size and strength in the trenches with a steady diet of RB Mark Ingram and the power running attack. Something will have gone wrong for the Tide if they finish with anything less than a 2-1 run-pass ratio. Alabama's offensive line is not great in pass protection, but it averages 298 pounds across the board and excels at opening holes in the run game. The Crimson Tide should impose their will on an Auburn defensive front that does not have a player who weighs more than 292 pounds (RDT Jake Ricks).
