Houston Offense vs. Oklahoma State Defense
• Houston is going to have a difficult time establishing the run against a Cowboys defense that held Georgia to just 95 rushing yards in the season opener and is capable of controlling the line of scrimmage. DTs Derek Burton, Swanson Miller and Shane Jarka will give the Cougars' interior offensive linemen fits, and rotating them will help keep them fresh as the game wears on. With the tackles clogging up the middle, MLB Donald Booker can step up and meet RB Bryce Beall in the hole without having to fight off a block when Houston runs inside. While it's worth pointing out that Booker moved into the starting lineup after Orie Lemon injured his knee last week, he showed he's capable of holding his own with a solid performance against the Bulldogs. Don't expect the Cougars to have much success running outside either because SLB Andre Sexton and Patrick Lavine are instinctive, tough and rangy.
