Missouri Offense vs. Northwestern Defense
QB Chase Daniel headlines the FBS' fourth-ranked passing offense and he's capable of picking apart Northwestern's secondary. Why? Cornerbackss Jordan Mabin and Sherrick McManis will have a tough time matching up with a talented Tigers' receiving corps that's led by explosive WR Jeremy Maclin. Maclin has the burst to get open quickly and he's a threat to score every time he touches the ball. In addition, TE Chase Coffman is the FBS' all-time leading receiver at tight end and the 2008 John Mackey Award winner, which is given to the nations' top tight end. He's fast enough to stretch the field and he has the body control to make acrobatic catches. Making the Wildcats' secondary job that much harder, Missouri has done a good job of giving Daniel enough time to scan the field, as it has allowed just 15 sacks this year.
