The opportunity is there every Saturday. Some players seize it. Others let it slide away. Here's a look at the players who shined or slipped in Week 7:
Stock Up
Joseph Addai, RB, LSU
Addai ran for a career-high 156 yards versus Florida and scored the game-winner in the fourth quarter. The senior running back has emerged as the Tigers' premier ball carrier following Alley Brousard's season-ending knee injury. In handling such a heavy load (32 carries) for LSU on Saturday, Addai played a huge role in overcoming several other critical mistakes made by his offensive unit. Through the first five games of this season, Addai has now rushed for 537 yards and six touchdowns on 105 carries.
