Alabama brought in a huge recruiting haul this weekend, landing three of the top prospects in the Southeast -- safety Hasean Clinton-Dix (Orlando, Fla./Dr. Phillips), defensive lineman LaMichael Fanning (Auburn, Ala./Auburn) and athlete Jabriel Washington (Jackson, Tenn./Trinity Christian Academy). This trio of commits highlights Alabama's recruiting reach. The Crimson Tide basically landed three outstanding out-of-state prospects. Fanning transferred to Auburn High from Callaway High in Hogansville, Ga., prior to this season, so the recruiting process started for him when he was a Georgia prospect. Clinton-Dix is one of the top overall prospects in the state of Florida and likely is up there with fellow Under Armour All-American Jeff Driskel (Oviedo, Fla./Hagerty), a quarterback, for top prospect honors in the Orlando area. Washington is a versatile prospect and one of the top players in Tennessee.
